REFUND, RETURN & SHIPPING POLICY

1. GENERAL POLICY

At Synvia Peptides, we are committed to supplying high-quality products intended strictly for research purposes only.

Due to the specialized and sensitive nature of these products, all sales are considered final, except as outlined below or where required by applicable law.


2. REFUNDS

Refunds are not provided under normal circumstances once an order has been processed.

However, in limited situations and at our sole discretion, a refund or store credit may be considered.

Where a refund is approved:

  • A 10% restocking/processing fee may be applied

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.


3. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order prior to shipment, including but not limited to situations where:

  • Payment is declined or flagged for potential fraud

  • Order details cannot be verified

  • The order appears to violate our Terms and Conditions

  • Products are unavailable or restricted

If an order is cancelled before shipment, any captured payment will be fully refunded to the original payment method.


4. SHIPPING & RISK OF LOSS

All orders are shipped from our Canadian facility.

  • Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery to the carrier, to the extent permitted by applicable law

  • Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier issues

  • Customs processing

  • Events outside our control

Customers are responsible for ensuring products can be legally imported into their jurisdiction.


5. RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

Due to the nature of research-use products, returns are not accepted once an order has shipped.

However, if you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged in transit, or

  • Incorrect

You may request a replacement or store credit.

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Product lot/batch number

  • Clear photos showing the issue

All claims are subject to review and verification.
Replacements or credits are issued based on product availability and at our discretion.


6. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

If you experience an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us first so we can work toward a resolution.

Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the matter with us may delay resolution and may impact future transactions, where permitted by law.


7. LIMITATIONS

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • We are not responsible for improper handling, storage, or use of products after delivery

  • We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential losses
